Helpful Tips
- Sit to the back of your chair and support your lower back (use towel, or lumbar support as needed)
- Sit close to your workstation
- Relax shoulders, elbows at your sides, and wrists straight
- Rest arms, wrists, or both while typing or working
- Keep feet in contact with the ground with thighs and forearms parallel to the floor
- Organize office and keep frequently used objects closest
- Keep underneath your workspace clear
- Keep the top of your monitor at eye level and arms length away to keep head and neck upright
- The best posture is your next posture
- Change positions often and take regular breaks
