Helpful tips

Sit to the back of your chair and support your lower back (use towel, or lumbar support as needed)

Sit close to your workstation

Relax shoulders, elbows at your sides, and wrists straight

Rest arms, wrists, or both while typing or working

Keep feet in contact with the ground with thighs and forearms parallel to the floor

Organize office and keep frequently used objects closest

Keep underneath your workspace clear

Keep the top of your monitor at eye level and arms length away to keep head and neck upright

The best posture is your next posture

Change positions often and take regular breaks
